Florence and Pisa, Italy!
So after we went to Venice, we stayed in Florence for 2 nights and about 3 days. It was really beautiful there. We went and saw some really awesome cathedrals and bridges and just wandered around the city. We went to the Academia Gallery which has the statue of David. It was awesome and there was also a lot of other really cool and old art. The weather was great and it was very warm and sunny most of the time. We hiked up this big hill to the Piazza de Michelangelo that overlooked the entire city and it was amazing. Our hostel was also really nice and in a great location! We stopped at Pisa for a few hours before going on to Cinque Terre and it was cool. There's not much to see there except for the Leaning Tower, but that was awesome. Overall, we had a good time in Florence and Pisa. Me at the Piazza de Michelangelo.
Me on a bridge in Florence, I forget the name...
They have masks all over mostly in Venice, and Deema and I bought some! Cute...
Check out the Italian man posing on the bridge behind us! Hilarious, but we liked it!
This is a replica of the Statue of David in the center of Florence. The original is even better!
This is the HUGE cathedral in the center of the city. It was overwhelming how big it was and I couldn't get a very good picture to show it. Here we are by the door of the Cathedral. I think it's called Santa Maria.
This is in the train station in Florence. We were waiting for our train to Pisa and we brought Pizza so we just sat on the floor and ate it before we left! YUM!The Leaning Tower of Pisa! I saw it in the flesh and it was pretty sweet. It was really leaning a lot! Haha, but there were SO MANY people there, I couldn't believe it. Tons of tourists just like me. Me and Deema on the grass by the Leaning Tower.I'm trying to push the tower...
